Affiliated with the College of Engineering at National Central University, the Thermal Management Research Center (TMRC) aims to integrate R&D technologies across thermal-fluidics, manufacturing, and materials science. We focus on high-efficiency cooling solutions for electronic components and equipment.

As AI and high-performance computing continue to evolve, chip power density and heat generation have risen sharply. Thermal management has become a decisive challenge for the IT and electronics industries. We are dedicated to providing chip-to-system level solutions and cultivating interdisciplinary talent to support global industries in meeting future cooling challenges.
